You can now schedule an in-person or Telehealth appointment directly online with Direct Scheduling, which is available on MyChart. Once you’re connected with a Sansum Clinic care provider, you can select the option to schedule an appointment entirely online, any time of day, at your convenience.
A main benefit of MyChart access for teens is that it allows them to see a list of past and upcoming appointments, and to launch Telehealth visits from within MyChart . Allowing teen access to MyChart is one way of providing the best possible care to teens during COVID-19.
While our preferred method for a secure and seamless Telehealth visit is through MyChart, you can still have a Telehealth video or phone visit without an active MyChart account. We will email or text you a secure link to click to connect you with your provider.
If you are using your computer and have MyChart, you will need to login to your MyChart account for the visit from your computer. Navigate to an Internet browser. Go to www.mychart.sansumclinic.org/MyChart/ and log in.
