Definitely repot him into another pot (just one size smaller) with really good drainage holes. Get him on a once a week (or maybe every 2 weeks) watering schedule. I've went as long as 3, almost 4 weeks before watering (it was winter time). Place him in front of a window. You should be good if you follow these steps.
