One-way tickets cost $2, and same-day round trip tickets are $3 for you if you’re traveling without a vehicle.

Shelter Island is only accessible by car ferry. The North Ferry departs from Greenport, NY and the South Ferry from North Haven, NY. The ferries are operated by two separate companies, so the ticket prices and schedules are different. Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Sunrise Highway.
