If you want to change your booking, you can do so via the "Change My Booking" functionality on swiss.com. A few restrictions do apply, some are outlined in this FAQ section. If you are unable to find the answer to your question, please do contact your travel agent or, if you have booked your ticket directly with SWISS, your local service center.
Log on to swiss.com with your name and SWISS booking code (e.g. ABC123) or your online profile. Then select online check-in under booking details.
Check in online on your computer, tablet or smartphone at swiss.com or using the SWISS app. Whether you are at home or out and about, travelling with baggage or without. Web check-in opens 24 hours before departure.
