I posted a little while ago with a fit check and received great advice! As suggested, I ordered the Freya expressions High Apex and Freya Loveland Plunge - both in 36 DD and 36 E. This style seems to work well for my shape and I think the 36 D works for me (cups on the E seem a little big). Here are my measurements and pics are below.
What I'd suggest is to pick out the bra you feel most optimistic about and buy the next two cup sizes down. I'd say go for the Freya Fancies because I think the Panache Tango is a weirdly fitting bra on most people, but who knows, maybe you're one of the people it will fit great on!
