In my idiolect there is no doubt in my mind that [ə] is an allophone of unstressed /ɛ/. In unstressed positions, /er/ & /a/ neutralise and I cannot discern a distinct /ɐ/ in my speech. I can't justify distinct /Vɐ̯/ diphthongs for me either.
