The Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum (WOTR) is located on the former Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado, United States. The museum preserves the history of Lowry AFB's operations from 1938 to 1994 in its collections, archives, and research library.
Wings Over the Rockies became Colorado’s official air and space museum in 1997. The collection expanded and diversified to include spacecraft and civilian aircraft. In 2011, the museum got a new entrance area and the enormous Boeing B-52 was raised onto pedestals.

Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum is Colorado's Official Air & Space Museum. Founded in 1994 and housed at the former Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Wings is dedicated to inspiring, educating and entertaining the public about aviation and space endeavors of the past, present and future.
The museum features over 70 historic airplanes, space vehicles and interactive exhibits. The collection includes a rare B-18A Bolo–one of only five remaining WWII-era bombers–five Century-Series fighters, an RF-84K Thunderflash and one of only two B-1A Lancers.
