Matthew Thomas Overton (born July 6, 1985) is an American professional football player who is a free agent long snapper. He played college football at Western Washington after graduating from Diablo Valley College, and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL) in 2007.

The team announced the move Thursday. Overton handled long-snapping duties for the Jaguars in 20 games over the last two seasons, filling in for Carson Tinker.
