Adam Krustenstern's job as R&D department chief may be the next of many to be chopped after the firm is taken over by an unconventional 'global player. Shivering, Adam reports for a weekend without program in the concern's 'guest house' estate, with 'personal coaching' from apparent insecure airhead Ella Goldman. Alas, new HR manager John and his assistant Mayumi seem uninterested in his traditional seriousness, rather obsessed with fun and games, yet quack about challenge and high engagement.
