The Devil is Driving is a 1932 American pre-Code film directed by Benjamin Stoloff and starring Edmund Lowe. The film's title was typical of the sensationalistic titles of many pre-Code films. It runs a mere 63 minutes, and like many Pre-Code movies deals openly with issues like sex and violence.
Synopsis. Orville "Gabby" Denton drifts from job to job, gambling away most of his earnings, but is loved by his sister Nancy Evans and nephew Buddy and gets work as a mechanic at his brother-in-law Beef Evans' Metropolitan Garage. Unknown to Gabby, the entire garage is run by Jenkins, whose specialty is stolen cars.
