Geoff Muldaur (born August 12, 1943) is an American active singer, guitarist and composer, who was a founding member of the Jim Kweskin Jug Band and a member of Paul Butterfield's Better Days.
Nov 1, 2006 · The set concludes with Sleepy John's classic "Drop Down Mama." "Sleepy Man Blues" is an excellent set that was part of a re-discovery of the blues. Muldaur's enthusiastic rendering is well worth a search for this rare recording, either with the Prestige vinyl or this Japanese reissue. Enjoy!
