On The Track To Nowhere is a required Side Quest for progressing Escape the Island; once completed, it allows access into Solaris.
1.Pick up the quest from the ! at 639º, 650º at Mandrake's Diamond Mine in Sunburn Desert.
2.The train part is in the northern part of Solaris; access it via Westport (see map).
•If you do not yet have access to Westport, you will need to complete A Way Forward and The Polaris Express first.
3.Pick up the train part from 577º, 567º in Gassy Jack's Gas-N-Snacks in Solaris. The part is on the large blue truck outside.
4.Return to Mandrake's Diamond Mine. Interact with the train at 637º, 647º to install the train part.
5.Interact with the train to board it. After the cutscene, south Solaris is unlocked.
