Lorien’s second play, Everything I Ever Wanted to Tell My Daughter About Men, premiered at The Wallis Annenberg in LA in March 2019 and at The Sam Wanamaker Theatre, Shakespeare’s Globe in March 2020. Lorien is writing a podcast - The Lift [about immigration and reproductive rights in 2030].
Bio. MA in Film Studies and Screenwriting - First Class BA Honours in Drama and Film University of East Anglia UK - WGA member since January 2013. Lorien moved to the US from London to write for film and television; beginning with a series of shorts for Jon Avnet and Rodrigo Garcia’s Wigs.
Bio — Lorien Haynes. A professional actress in the UK, Lorien toured nationally as Hermione in The Winter’s Tale and Christine in Miss Julie . She worked on television as a series regular in EastEnders, The Upper Hand and The Knock. Her film work includes Gladiatress [dir. Brian Grant] and Ladies Night [dir. Caroline Hicks].
