    1. At the beginning of the episode, Dexter was reading a book titled I Know Why The Negative Isotope Sings. After Dee Dee turns his hair blond, the cover was changed to I Know Why The Caged Isotope Sings.

    The song Dexter and Dee Dee dance to at the end of the episode has a similar melody to the one sung by the Boy Band Virus, who previously appeared in the episode "Head Band".
