Joel Howard "J. H." Wyman (born January 5, 1967) is a film and TV producer, screenwriter, director and musician. He is best known for his work on the Fox science fiction shows Fringe and Almost Human, and wrote and produced the films The Mexican (2001) and Dead Man Down (2013).

Biography. Joel Howard "J. H." Wyman (born January 5, 1967) is an American-born Canadian actor, producer, screenwriter and director. He is known for his role in various Canadian and U.S. shows and films, including Billy K. (William Kramer) in Catwalk, Cory Robbins in Pacific Palisades and Lyle Springer in Sirens.
- “Almost Human” is not another “Fringe” “It really isn’t,” Wyman insisted. “It’s an 8 o’clock Monday night show.” Which means that due to the time slot, “Almost Human” is far more family-friendly than Wyman’s other show.
