Universal Studio Group, formerly NBCUniversal Content Studios, was formed in October 2019, with Bonnie Hammer (formerly a chairman of NBCU Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Enterprises) as chairwoman and George Cheeks (co-chairman of NBC Entertainment) as vice chairman.
