Alan Cassidy was born on 12 December 1942 in Danbury, Connecticut, USA. He was a producer and writer, known for The Incredible Hulk (1978), Riptide (1984) and Hardcastle and McCormick (1983). He died on 19 June 2019 in Orem, Utah, USA.
