Norm Hiscock is a Canadian screenwriter, producer and director. He is known for his work on Saturday Night Live, King of the Hill, The Kids in the Hall, Corner Gas, [1] Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and most recently as an executive producer on People of Earth, Trailer Park Boys: The Animated Series and Space Force.
The name ‘Norm Hiscock’ was in the opening credits of King Of The Hill for several seasons as far as I can tell. If it’s a joke it’s awesome that they got it past Fox’s censors, and it’s hilarious because of how subtle it is.
