Mar 29, 2023 · Richard Kaplan nominated Brad Markowitz. Nisha Hurst seconded the nomination. The board (7 of 8 members present) voted unanimously in favor of Mr. Markowitz. Mr. Simon said his resignation was effective at 5:00pm.
