Back from Hawaii, the Angels go country to investigate an old feud between two rival moonshiners who recall the Hatfield-McCoy feud. Kris learns to be a still master, Kelly runs the liquor, and Julie is a diner waitress to track the third party igniting the war. Will the Angels stop the war and reunite the Romeo and Juliet young lovers?

Assignment: Address the issue of outsiders attempting to inflame a family feud.

Romantic Entanglements: The children of the two feuding patriarchs are in love.
Bosley tries to talk while Kelly is driving, but in spite of her demonstrable skill he forces her to pull over so that he can get out of the car to have a conversation while he isn't distracted.
When Lacy's men knock on Bosley's hotel room door he opens it without hesitation and is instantly kidnapped. Julie happens to find out about this and alerts the rest of the Agency.
Kelly: Charlie, you've got to be kidding! Moonshiners!?
Charlie: I wish I were, Angels, but the Bartletts and the Catlins aren't just any bootleggers. The families have been in the business for over a hundred years, not to mention being at each other's throats.
Kelly: Julie! Come on, we've gotta get to the motel and find Bosley.
Julie: He's not at the motel! I just saw him in the back of a car with some very bad boys, and he didn't look real comfortable.
In an extended sequence, Kelly does some fancy driving on dirt roads as an audition to work with the Catlins.
Day One—Kris, Julie, and Kelly secure jobs under cover.
Day Two—One-Eyed George gets grabbed and tells Max Lacy about Kelly's run. He sends two men to kill her, but she out-drives them. Late that night Lacy's men blow up the Bartlett still. One-Eyed George saves Kelly from the explosion, ending up in the hospital himself.
