David Wright Miliband (born 15 July 1965) is the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the International Rescue Committee and a British Labour Party former politician. [1] He was the Foreign Secretary from 2007 to 2010 [2] and the Member of Parliament (MP) for South Shields in North East England from 2001 to 2013.
