Jerry W. Rees (born November 15, 1956) is an American film director and animator, best known for the Emmy-nominated animated feature film The Brave Little Toaster (1987) and creating many of the visual effects for the cult classic Tron (1982).
Trained at California Institute of the Arts, Jerry Rees is a Director of live action, animation, and live/CGI films. In addition to theatrical features, he has directed a record-setting 15 multi-media Disney Theme Park attractions in Florida, Paris, and Anaheim and aboard the Disney Cruise Line.
Jerry Rees is a prolific Director, Producer and Writer of live-action, animation, trans-media and specialty venue films as well as theme park attractions. While still in high school, Jerry mentored at Disney Studios under the wing of one of Walt Disney’s legendary “Nine Old Men.”
Jerry Reese (born July 22, 1963) is a former American football executive, player, and coach. He was a member of the New York Giants for 23 years, serving as their general manager from 2007 to 2017 where he won two Super Bowls. He was inducted into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame in 2009.
