Maia Matisse (b. 1955) began on Muppet Babies during the first season (1984) as assistant to producer Bob Richardson and later rose to production manager. She co-wrote three episodes, along with fellow staffer Star Kaplan, during the third and fourth seasons.
Matisse later moved on to Walt Disney Television Animation, as assistant/associate producer on Chip 'n Dale's Rescue Rangers, Huey, Dewey and Louie, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, and the Aladdin spin-off series.
