Toby Shelton is an American director, animator, and storyboard artist. He originally began his career as an assistant animator for Walt Disney Animation Studios in 1980, and went to work as a storyboard artist for DreamWorks Animation, Disneytoon Studios, and Walt Disney Television Animation.
Tobias "Toby" Sheldon (born Tobias Strebel; October 3, 1980 – c. August 21, 2015) was a German songwriter who became a television reality star noted for having paid considerable amounts for plastic surgery (he himself estimated the total cost at over $100,000) in order to resemble singer Justin Bieber.

The story process was well underway and the crew was gearing up to make the fifth screening of the entire movie. There's always a steep learning curve when joining a new production, especially mid-stream.
