Jim Pond is located east of Shallow Pond Mountain. Jim Pond Brook and the Northwest Inlet enter the north shore of the pond and its outlet, Jim Pond Brook, flows south through Mud Pond into the North Branch of the Dead River. The pond’s shoreline is lightly developed.
