There is a line in the film which is " Truth is what we want to believe" In the film plot twists are great. We accept truth as a lie and lies as truth. Even this is proof that how the film is succesful.

Left at the gates by a man, she is interrogated by Dr. Ruipérez (Federico Aguado), who reads a letter by Dr. Donadío (Lluís Soler). Donadío states that Alice has a penchant for telling lies and make them sound very convincing.
