Jan 3, 2023 · Police arrested Danny Clarke, 38, Kylie Stott, 37, and Dimitri D’Elio, 24, and charged them with Gander’s murder on Friday. The trio was remanded in custody and appeared in the Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday. The court heard it would take up to four months for an autopsy report to be completed because of the condition of Gander’s remains.

Mr Gander's body was found after emergency services responded to a car fire on Loch Garry Road in Bunbartha on December 24 last year.
