The show follows Mike Tyson, the ghost of the Marquess of Queensberry, Tyson's adopted daughter, and a pigeon as they solve mysteries. The style of the show borrows heavily from 1960's cartoons, most notably Scooby Doo!, Johnny Quest, and Mr. T.
•Mike Tyson (voiced by himself) – The title character of the series, Mike Tyson is a retired boxer who raises carrier pigeons to receive messages of mysteries to solve.
•Pigeon (voiced by Norm Macdonald) – A drunk, sarcastic pigeon, and a drunk racist. He claims to be a former human who was turned into a pigeon by his ex-wife as a curse for cheating on her. Mike Tyson is well known for keeping homing pigeons and has been known to be fascinated by them for a while.
•Yung Hee Tyson (voiced by Rachel Ramras) – Mike's 18-year-old adopted daughter.
•John Douglas/Marquess of Queensberry (voiced by Jim Rash) – The ghost of John Douglas, 9th Marquess of Queensberry (but with an American English accent), he provides intellectual advice to Mike.
