Ursula Hilda Mary Martin CBE FRSE FREng (born 3 August 1953) is a British computer scientist, with research interests in theoretical computer science and formal methods. She is also known for her activities aimed at encouraging women in the fields of computing and mathematics.

After degrees in mathematics at the Universities of Cambridge and Warwick, she has held positions at the Universities of Illinois, Manchester, St Andrews, and London, before moving to Oxford in 2014.
Professor of Computer Science. Ursula Martin holds an EPSRC Established Career Fellowship 2014-2021 as a Professor at the University of Edinburgh, and is also a member of Oxford's Mathematical Institute and a Senior Research Fellow at Wadham College, Oxford.
