William Graham Carr (born 25 October 1944) is an English former professional footballer, manager and scout. He is currently an associate director for Northampton Town. [1] Club career. Carr, a half-back, joined his first professional club, Northampton Town in August 1962 and captained their reserve side before breaking into their first team.
