Harald Rosenløw Eeg (født 18. august 1970 i Tønsberg) er en norsk forfatter, dramatiker og musiker. Eeg er utdannet cand.philol. i religionshistorie fra Universitetet i Oslo med vekt på buddhismen i Vietnam , hvor han var på feltarbeid i 1996 og 1997.
