William Cowley was born on 16 September 1919 in Seattle, Washington, USA. He was a writer and producer, known for Hazel (1961), The Danny Thomas Show (1953) and Please Don't Eat the Daisies (1965). He was married to Marjorie Stein. He died on 2 August 1997 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
