    Kirk Tingblad (born circa 1961) was active in animation from 1987 to 2019. During his over thirty year career, he worked on three films and multiple television series. On The Mighty B!, he served as storyboard artist for the season 2 episode "Tour D'Alcatraz."

    Tingblad was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Prior to his animation career, he studied at the Joe Kubert School for a semester before transferring to the University of Minnesota, studying graphic design.

    He directed editorial cartoons for the Dayton Daily News, which were televised on The Today Show. At Warner Bros., Tingblad directed episodes of Pinky and the Brain. He served as an animation director on Timon & Pumbaa.
