Paul Hepker (born in Harare, Zimbabwe on 17 December 1967) is a South African composer, musical director, pianist, best known for composing the score (with Mark Kilian) for the film Tsotsi, which won the Academy Award for Foreign Language Film at the 78th Academy Awards in 2005.

Since returning to South Africa from Los Angeles in 2012, Hepker scored the live action remake of the anime classic KITE, (Samuel L. Jackson) and Shepherds And Butchers (Steve Coogan) for famed South African producer, Anant Singh.
