They had seven children: Agnes (born c. 1243/50 – died 13 March 1265, buried Stuttgart Stiftskirche), married c. 1260/64 to Count Ulrich I of Württemberg. Henry V the Fat (born c. 1248 – died 22 February 1296).

Agnes Hedwig von Anhalt. Elecrtess of Saxony and Duchess of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg. She was the second child of Joachim Ernst von Anhalt and his second wife Eleonore von Württemberg. At the age of eight she was made Abbess of Gernrode. In 1585 she left the abbey behind and married August von Sachsen on January 3rd 1586.
