Overture
The announcer introduces the maestro of the special (actor Denis Lacombe) who conducts an unseen orchestra in an overture including the songs "A Whole New World", "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious", "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah", "I'm Late", "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" and "Friend Like Me". During the overture, a recreation of the Walt Disney Studios appears on the ice as the skaters portray different people who work there such as actors, businesspeople, animators, and tourists.
Cinderella
Ekatarina Gordeeva, Sergei Grinkov, Nancy Kerrigan, Marina Klimova, and Katarina Witt interpret the story of Cinderella. Gordeeva plays the title character, Grinkov the Prince, Witt the Stepmother, and Kerrigan and Klimova the Stepsisters.
Mickey Mouse Music
With guest conductor Michel Mouse, Olympic gold medalist Scott Hamilton skates in a tribute to the famous mouse. Songs include "Mickey Mouse March", "Turkey in the Straw" (from Steamboat Willie), "William Tell Overture" (from The Band Concert) and "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" (from Fantasia). Interspersed throughout is footage of Mickey conducting from Symphony Hour as well as brief shot of Mickey conducting from the roof of the Disneyland train station.
