Leon Gordon (born Leo Gordon Bennett) was an English-born actor, playwright, screenwriter, and producer.
British playwright Leon Gordon is best known for a steamy bit of exotica called White Cargo, which was filmed twice, most memorably in 1940 with Hedy Lamarr as the estimable Tondelayo. Gordon was also a prolific novelist; his semi-comic novel I Love You Again was made into a delightful William Powell-Myrna Loy vehicle in 1941.
