Obsessed by Cruelty was re-released together with In the Sign of Evil in 1988, containing the first recorded version, and as a picture vinyl in 2005 by Vinyl Maniacs. Influence. The album had a major influence on then-developing black metal.
Jul 15, 2016 · Compilation of the '84 MLP In the Sign of Evil (tracks 1-8) and the Metal Blade/Banzai version of the '86 LP Obsessed by Cruelty (tracks 9-19), although the track list contains the Steamhammer version's track order. Even though it's listed on the CD as well as in the booklet, the track "After the Deluge" does not appear.
The EP is widely available as the bonus tracks in the CD version of their debut album Obsessed by Cruelty (1986). Tracks from this EP have appeared on all three live Sodom albums: Mortal Way of Live (1988), [5] Marooned - Live (1994) [6] and One Night in Bangkok (2003).
