Stig Thorsboe (født 7. februar 1948) er en dansk manuskriptforfatter og dramatiker. Han havde et mangeårigt samarbejde med broderen Peter Thorsboe om teater, film og romanen Den svindske affære fra 1977 samt TV-serierne Station 13 fra 1985, Blændet fra 1988 og Landsbyen fra 1990.

Seaside Hotel: Created by Hanna Lundblad, Stig Thorsboe. With Amalie Dollerup, Lars Ranthe, Anne Louise Hassing, Jens Jacob Tychsen. The seaside hotel "Badehotellet" in NW Denmark opens for its wealthy guests each summer. We follow the guests and staff at the hotel from 1928 and into the 1940s.
