J.C.Staff Co., Ltd. (Japanese: 株式会社ジェー・シー・スタッフ, Hepburn: Kabushiki-gaisha Jē Shī Sutaffu, J and C stand for "Japan Creative") is a Japanese animation studio founded in January 1986 by Tomoyuki Miyata, who previously worked at Tatsunoko Production. The studio's first release was Yōtōden in 1987.

Former Tatsunoko Production producer Tomoyuki Miyata founded the studio in January 1986, which specialized in Original Video Animation (OVA) in its early years.

One of the first Japanese animation studio of importance was Nippon Douga founded in 1948 and renamed to Nidou Eiga in 1952, which was then bought by Toei Company in 1956 and renamed to Toei Douga (Toei Animation outside of Japan). J.C.Staff is an animation studio.
