Chris Wilson is a social entrepreneur and former inmate who wrote a memoir about his journey from life in prison to a life of purpose. The Master Plan: My Journey from Life in Prison to a Life of Purpose (2019) is a nonfiction book that explores themes of perception, reality, and social justice.
In September 2022, The Chris Wilson Foundation launched the 15-week pilot of The Master Plan Program in prison and detention facilities in New Jersey and Maryland. So far, we have reached 250 students with in-person programming and over 2,500 students with our Workbook.
