Carl Reiner was a legendary American comedian, actor, writer and director. He created and starred in The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961), wrote Enter Laughing (1967) and The 2000 Year Old Man (1975), and won nine Emmy Awards and a Grammy Award.

Throughout the 1970s, Reiner made appearances on multiple television shows, including Night Gallery in the segment "Professor Peabody's Last Lecture" in 1971, and as various characters in the variety sketch show The Carol Burnett Show (1974).
- Toy Story 4 (2019) Carl Reiner lent his voice to the Toy Story franchise as Carl Reinerocerous, one of Bonnie's old toys. Though a brief role, joining the franchise was a big deal, and it was one of Reiner's last projects prior to his death.
