Bérangère McNeese is a Belgian-American actress, screenwriter, and filmmaker. Bérangère McNeese was born in Brussels to a Belgian mother and an American father. As she says in interviews, she spent half of her childhood in Kentucky and absorbed both cultures. She studied comedy acting in Paris and journalism in Brussels.
