Bruno Jonas (born in Passau, Germany, on 3 December 1952) is a German Kabarett artist and actor. Education. Many people predicted he would become a priest, but he prefers to pray from the Kabarett stage. Between 1975 and 1982, he studied German, political science, and philosophy at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

Jonas began his career in 1976 in the Bavarian capital at the cabaret "Rationaltheater", in which he took part as an actor and author. In 1979, Jonas founded the cabaret "Gesellschaft mit Limited Liability", for which he designed his first solo performances.
