The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Lieutenant-General Ivan Havryliuk as First Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine upon the recommendation of Minister of Defence of Ukraine Rustem Umerov. A native of the Zhytomyr region, Ivan Havryliuk began his military career in 1988.
