Alfred Burke (28 February 1918 – 16 February 2011) was an English actor, perhaps best known for his portrayal of Frank Marker in the drama series Public Eye, which ran on television for ten years.

Alfred Burke. A serious minded actor busy on stage and screen, Burke was best known for his role as Frank Marker in the popular series Public Eye (1965-75). As well as guest appearances in many other TV dramas he took leading roles in Treasure Island (1977) and Enemy At The Door (1978-80).
