It has been almost two years since the calculating she-devil, Esme Prince, landed in Port Charles, but the actress that portrays her wouldn’t change a minute of it her time on General Hospital.
- Yes, she can act, but that’s not the only thing. Pohl spent the summer of 2019 working as a dental assistant in Florida. Afterward, she headed back to Los Angeles to resume her TV and film career.
- Pohl is also a trained ballerina. In fact, in 2018 she was invited to dance as a guest performer with the Leigh Purtill Ballet Company at the Scare LA horror convention.

Feb 1, 2024 · Sad news for fans of Avery Kristen Pohl, who played Esme Prince on General Hospital. Digest is reporting that a GH spokesperson has confirmed that Pohl has exited the show. Her final airdate was on January 31, when Esme ambushed Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) with a syringe filled with an unknown drug.
