Jessi Goei is an American actress. She portrays Naya on FOX's The Gifted.
Goei was born in Long Island, New York, and she has two sisters. She has always loved to perform. At three years old, she started gymnastics, and later moved onto dance, where she learned modern, jazz, and tap, to name a few. At the age of six, she began taking violin lessons, which eventually led to her playing at weddings. Her interest in acting peaked at nine years old, when she saw her older sister perform in A Christmas Carol, which developed into a great passion in musical theatre. She has performed in a number of shows, Bye Bye Birdie, Fiddler on the Roof, Fame, for instance.
She made her television debut on the FOX fantasy/adventure Sleepy Hollow, though it was a minor role that lasted all of one episode. From there, she has appeared in Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life, and 24: Legacy.
Jessi Goei was born on Long Island, New York, and was raised in Wilmington, North Carolina where she performed in local community theatre companies. She is known for Middle School the Worst Years of My Life (Bella), 24 Legacy (Grace Wu), The Gifted (Naya), Daphne and Velma (Olivia), and Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween (Maya).
