Ivo Tonchev was born in Sofia in the family of Gena and Velko Tonchevs. While still in school he was chosen to sing in the "Gusla" child chorus and that's where he found his love to music and singing. His first theatrical performance was at the very age of ten in the musical "Oliver Twist", which is still being very popular. imdb.com
