Vijay Anand made his debut as a writer with the film ‘Taxi Driver’ in 1954 starring Dev Anandand Kalpana Kartik. Vijay Anand went on to write stories and dialogues for many Hindi classical films such as ‘Tere Ghar Ke Samne’ (1963), ‘Guide’ (1965), ‘Johny Mera Naam’ (1970), and ‘Ram Balram’ (1980).
